The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-4 years of experience in creative design, graphic design, art direction, or a related role preferred, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, art direction, and design execution across campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
• Proven ability to interpret creative and strategic briefs , develop original concepts and visual directions, and execute compelling campaigns, digital content, and branded experiences
• Experience managing the end-to-end creative process , from ideation and concept development to polished execution, while balancing creative quality, timelines, budgets, and multiple client briefs
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong working knowledge of Figma for design, concept development, and collaboration
• Ability to produce high-fidelity, high-resolution visual mockups and presentation-ready assets for client presentations and digital, social, and content production
• Strong capability with generative AI tools for creative ideation, visualization, image generation, and image manipulation
• Working knowledge of motion design and video editing, including simple animations and social-first content, with a solid understanding of platform-native creative, digital formats, and technical specifications
• Confidence in presenting creative concepts, design rationale, and visual direction during internal and client reviews, with the ability to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback
• Creative, idea-driven mindset with curiosity, initiative, and a strong eye for typography, composition, visual detail, and distinctive design
• Strong cultural and digital awareness, including social trends, emerging formats, creators, audience behavior, and evolving creative technologies
• Collaborative and adaptable, working effectively across Creative, Strategy, Editorial, Content, Production, and Client Service teams while contributing independent ideas and responding constructively to feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide timely project updates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ownership of multiple priorities, a methodical approach, and consistent delivery within deadlines
• Client-focused and results-oriented, committed to exceeding expectations, supporting team objectives, and contributing to broader agency initiatives
• Innovative and open to change, proactively exploring emerging tools, creative workflows, and production methods to improve quality and efficiency

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead with creative ideation and social-first design, developing original concepts across campaigns, digital platforms, and branded content that reflect strategic briefs, cultural trends, and audience insights.
• Provide art direction and design across multiple channels, maintaining creative consistency while tailoring executions to platform-specific formats and audience behaviors.
• Translate creative concepts into polished visual executions, including moodboards, layouts, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and presentation-ready assets using design software and AI visualization tools.
• Collaborate with editors, photographers, creators, production teams, and specialists to bring creative ideas to life while balancing quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Present creative concepts, rationale, and visual direction to internal stakeholders and clients, contributing to creative reviews and thoughtfully evaluating feedback.
• Deliver high-quality, client-approved creative work that integrates seamlessly into multi-channel campaigns and consistently meets agreed deadlines.
• Minimize unnecessary revision rounds through strong conceptual thinking, technical accuracy, and attention to detail while identifying opportunities to improve creative workflows.
• Support cross-agency collaboration and creative excellence through proactive communication, stakeholder engagement, and contributions to shared team objectives.
