Creative Head

Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialize in preventing unauthorized parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. IPS manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Creative Head to join us, who can lead our creative and content direction, strengthen our brand identity, and develop engaging content and campaigns across various marketing channels.

As a Creative Head, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the overall creative and content direction of the Marketing team.
• Developing creative concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and promotional activities.
• Developing, creating, and overseeing engaging content including social media posts, videos, blogs, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Planning and managing content calendars in coordination with the team.
• Maintaining consistency in the companys brand identity, visual style, tone, and communication.
• Working closely with the management to translate business objectives into creative campaigns and content.
• Reviewing, refining, and approving creative and content materials before publication.
• Guiding and mentoring creative team members while ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Staying updated with current trends in content creation, social media, design, branding, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate working as a Creative Head, will display:

• Strong creative thinking with a good understanding of branding, content, and marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of content creation, graphic design, social media, and visual communication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop innovative ideas and turn them into engaging content and effective campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in creative, content, branding, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading creative projects, content initiatives, or managing a creative team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Schedule: Fixed (11 AM to 8 PM), Monday to Friday
