Creative Head

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a large Performance Creative team in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Manage high-volume creative production, maintaining a strict balance between output quantity and brand quality.
• Provide creative direction, final reviews, and strategic guidance to ensure deliverables align with client objectives and agency standards.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Accounts, and Project Leads to execute client service initiatives and drive output-based results.
• Support creative strategies for high-stakes client pitches, campaign refreshes, and growth opportunities.
• Optimize workflow, resource allocation, and team performance to consistently hit tight deadlines and deliver high-volume assets.
• Resolve execution challenges efficiently while fostering creative excellence, continuous improvement, and strong client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a creative agency setting (digital marketing, advertising, or creative services), with at least 2 years leading large creative teams (> 30 people).
• Proven track record in an agency-paced environment, managing high-volume output without sacrificing quality.
• Strong client-services orientation with a deep focus on output-based delivery and performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital content, performance creative, and large-scale campaign executions.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality control across numerous brand projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership, cross-functional collaboration, workload management, and problem-solving skills.
