Creative Head

Job Summary

The Creative Head will lead the organization’s creative direction and oversee the development of innovative, engaging, and consistent content across all communication and marketing channels. The role will be responsible for creative strategy, branding, campaigns, content development, and managing the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall creative strategy of the organization.
• Lead creative concepts for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, design, tone, and communication.
• Guide the team in developing graphics, videos, social media content, advertisements, and other creative materials.
• Review and approve creative content before publication.
• Work closely with Marketing, HR, Operations, and Management teams.
• Develop creative ideas based on business objectives and target audience.
• Plan and manage content for social media and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, agencies, and other external partners.
• Monitor current creative, digital, and industry trends and introduce new ideas.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects.
• Manage multiple creative projects and prioritize work based on business requirements.
• Track the effectiveness of creative campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Build and maintain a strong and innovative creative culture within the team.
