We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to redefine the visual identity of our trading brand. This isn’t about “just posting”—it’s about building a recognizable media powerhouse. Your mission: make trading education as cinematic and engaging as a high-budget documentary.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Architecture: Create repeatable content franchises (e.g., 60-Second Trade Breakdown, Market Myth-Busting) that build long-term viewer loyalty.
• Visual Strategy: Own the aesthetic direction—from high-click-through YouTube thumbnails to silent-first storytelling in Reels.
• Idea Incubation: Lead brainstorming sessions to turn technical trading concepts into creative, digestible metaphors.
• Team Leadership: Guide editors and designers to deliver content that meets a premium-authority standard every time.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, professional design.
• Ability to think community-first rather than just follower-first.
• Deep understanding of psychological triggers in the finance/trading niche.
