CREATIVE - Social Media Expertise (Non Clientfacing)
We're looking for a Creativewho will:

• Understand client's business goals and transforming it into a Creative Strategy that is highly visual and impactful
• Project manage internal timelines alongside client timelines
• Provide creative ideas that is relevant to the Creative Strategy and assigned brands
• Show channel nativeness within creative ideas, copywriting, formatting and execution
• Copywrite in both Thai and English within briefs and creatively reflecting brand's personas and channel nativeness
• Creatively pivot based on client feedback with relevant and impactful ideas
• Art Direct, brief and work closely with the Design team on your creative ideas for the portfolio of brands and clients that you'll be working with.
• Attend photoshoots and manage production set with our Production Manager.
• Ensure that client's social media pages are top of the notch when its comes to creativity and execution.
• Consume branded and viral content like crazy.
• Agency experience is a bonus
• English Speaking and Thai is a BIG bonus

• จัดการและจัดสรรเวลาการทำงานภายในทีม ให้สอดคล้องกับเวลาในการทำงานร่วมกับแบรนด์ของลูกค้า
• เสนอความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ที่สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ในการผลิตสื่อโฆษณา และภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• แสดงถึงความเป็นมืออาชีพในสายงานการผลิตสื่อฯโดยใช้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การเขียนคำโฆษณา การกำหนดรูปแบบในการจัดทำสื่อ และการปฏิบัติงาน
• สามารถเขียนคำโฆษณาได้ทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ  ที่สามารถแสดงถึงตัวตนของแบรนด์สินค้าของลูกค้า และเหมาะสมกับช่องทางในการประชาสัมพันธ์
• มีทักษะและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการปรับแก้งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากลูกค้า
• ควบคุมงานศิลป์ บรีฟงาน และประสานงานกับทีม Designer ในการผลิตงานสื่อโฆษณาของลูกค้า
• ออกกองถ่าย และดูแลงานถ่ายทำ/ถ่ายภาพ ร่วมกับ Production Manager
• ใช้ภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้อย่างดีเยี่ยมทั้ง ฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน
• เคยร่วมงานกับบริษัท Agency มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
