Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in creating and strategizing performance-driven ad videos
- Experience working with consumer tech apps, mobile apps, or consumer internet products
- Experience as a Creative Strategist / Creative Lead / Performance Creative
- A strong understanding of Tier 2 and Tier 3 audiences and Indian consumer behavior
- Experience in creating short-form videos, UGC-style ads, and performance marketing creatives
- Strong skills in ideation, scripting, storytelling, hooks, and creative strategy
- The ability to analyze creative performance and optimize future campaigns accordingly
You will work closely with our Growth, Performance Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to develop high-performing creatives and ad campaigns across our product portfolio.
