About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, culturally tuned-in, and politically savvy Creative Lead to drive the visual identity, brand messaging, and creative strategy for high-stakes political campaigns across Punjab.

As Creative Lead, you will be the brain behind narrative-building visual concepts, viral social media creatives, campaign posters, and video formats. You will bridge deep local political nuance with modern design aesthetics, directing a team of graphic designers and video editors to produce high-impact, conversation-starting content.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy & Conceptualization: Ideate and design end-to-end visual campaigns, infographics, carousels, thumbnail concepts, billboard designs, and digital assets tailored for political branding.
• Team Leadership & Art Direction: Guide and mentor a team of Graphic Designers and Motion/Video Editors. Translate complex political narratives and policy points into clear, visually compelling creative briefs.
• Political & Cultural Acumen: Deep understanding of Punjab’s socio-political dynamics, cultural nuances, regional idioms, and audience sentiment to ensure content resonates authentically across rural and urban demographics.
• Viral Content Production: Stay ahead of social media trends (Instagram Reels, X/Twitter graphics, Facebook banners, WhatsApp broadcast media) to create catchy, hook-driven content optimized for high engagement and shareability.
• Rapid Response Media: Conceptualize and direct fast-turnaround creatives in response to real-time political developments, news cycles, and trending debates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high aesthetic standards, consistent brand language, visual consistency, and message clarity across all released media.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Location & Background: Must be native/based in or thoroughly familiar with Punjab (fluency in Punjabi language and cultural context is essential).
• Political Nuance: Strong interest and hands-on experience in political communication, advocacy, news media, or public affairs visual design.
• Leadership Experience: Prior experience managing or guiding visual designers, video editors, or multimedia teams in an agency, media house, or political campaign setting.
• Social Media Native: Deep knowledge of platform-specific design specs, visual hooks, copy-design balance, and content performance mechanics on X, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, creative campaign conceptualization, art direction, and high-engagement digital assets.
• Availability: Immediate joiners (0–15 days notice) will be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹545,996.36 - ₹741,104.47 per year
