Creative Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, including copywriters, designers, and content creators.
• Review, edit, and approve all content to ensure high quality, accuracy, and alignment with the brand’s voice, tone, and guidelines.
• Develop and execute content strategies that support media campaigns, audience engagement, and business growth.
• Oversee the entire content production lifecycle from ideation and planning to creation, review, and publishing, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain and optimize the content production calendar to guarantee consistent, timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with branding, production, media, and performance teams to produce high-impact, multi-format content.
• Explore and adopt innovative content formats, storytelling techniques, and emerging tools to enhance audience engagement.
• Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and performance evaluations to develop the skills and productivity of the creative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a content management or creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful conversion campaigns and creative leadership.
• Excellent editorial judgment, storytelling skills, and understanding of digital audience behavior.
• Experience managing cross-functional creative teams in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
