Creative Lead

About the role

This is a hands-on role. You'll develop concepts, write scripts, guide the creative team, and quality-check the output to make sure every piece is clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand and its goals.

Key responsibilities

• Set the creative direction and standards for our content, videos, graphics, and campaigns
• Develop concepts and fresh content angles based on our audience and products
• Write scripts for short-form videos, ads, and other content
• Give clear briefs and direction to designers, editors, and content creators
• Review creative materials and guide revisions before they're published or used in campaigns
• Research audience insights, customer feedback, competitors, and trends
• Review creative performance and recommend what to improve or test next

About you

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in creative direction, content, advertising, or video production
• A strong portfolio of creative work
• Excellent scriptwriting, storytelling, and communication skills
• A good eye for detail and a high standard for creative quality
• The ability to guide a team, give constructive feedback, and manage deadlines
• E-commerce, consumer brand, Meta Ads, or TikTok experience is a plus
