As a Creative Lead, you will shape the creative vision behind our brand’s most important initiatives. You will translate marketing strategies and business priorities into distinctive concepts, visual identities, and compelling cross-channel experiences.

Working closely with our motion and graphic design teams, you will set the creative direction, inspire ambitious thinking, and lead high-impact projects from concept to execution.

• Define and evolve Amusnet’s creative direction across campaigns, products, and communication channels.
• Translate marketing strategies, business objectives, and audience insights into relevant creative strategies and visual concepts.
• Lead key creative projects from the initial idea through visual identity, storytelling, and cross-channel execution.
• Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to motion and graphic designers, ensuring consistently high-quality work.
• Oversee the daily workflow and allocation of tasks within the Graphic Design team, ensuring clear priorities, balanced workloads, and greater team effectiveness.
• Mentor and inspire designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and creative excellence.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Events, and other stakeholders to create cohesive brand experiences.
• Present and advocate for creative ideas, connecting creative decisions to audience needs and business impact.
• Explore relevant trends, technologies, and formats that can create new opportunities for the brand.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking, outstanding art direction, and the ability to build complete creative concepts and visual identities.
• Proven experience leading major campaigns, launches, brand initiatives, or other high-impact creative projects.
• The ability to present and defend creative ideas clearly while building alignment with creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, without compromising creative quality.
