About the Job:

We are looking for a Content Creative Supervisor to join our client’s team and transform brand strategies and business briefs into strong campaign ideas, social ideas, and engaging content concepts. This is primarily an Advertising Creative and Concept Development role, rather than a director or production-focused position. The ideal candidate should be strong in creative thinking, big-idea development, copywriting, storytelling, and social content, while also being able to collaborate with Strategy, Design, Production, Media, KOLs, and external agencies to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop campaign ideas, integrated marketing concepts, social ideas, and creative content concepts based on brand strategies and business briefs.
• Translate briefs into compelling creative concepts with clear ideas, messaging, and storytelling.
• Develop big ideas and extend core creative concepts across video, social, KOL, activation, events, and other formats.
• Create copy, scripts, storylines, and other creative content as needed.
• Present and sell creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Design, Production, Media, KOLs, and external agencies to bring creative ideas to life.
• Ensure creative concepts remain aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and campaign goals.
• Stay updated on social media trends, digital culture, and content formats to develop relevant and engaging ideas.
• Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely delivery of concepts and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Advertising Creative, Creative Content, Copywriting, Art/Creative, or related fields.

• Advertising agency experience is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in campaign, integrated marketing, digital campaign, or social campaign development.

• Strong big-idea development, concept development, and creative thinking skills.

• Ability to independently develop creative concepts from a brief and turn them into compelling creative proposals.

• Strong copywriting, storytelling, presentation, and creative-selling skills.

• Strong understanding of social media and what makes an idea engaging, shareable, and relevant to its audience.

• Experience extending creative ideas across video, social, KOL, activation, event, and other formats.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Strategy, Design, Production, Media, and external agencies.

• Experience in the Philippine market, Entertainment, FMCG, Gaming, Digital, or Youth brands is an advantage.

• Excellent English communication and writing skills; Mandarin is a plus.

• Can start immediately, if possible.
