Creative Manager

About the role

This is a creative leadership position responsible for directing and inspiring creative teams while establishing and maintaining the brand's visual identity. The role encompasses campaign oversight, quality control, and strategic collaboration across marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative output with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and inspire creative teams (designers, copywriters, content creators)
• Handle hiring, training, performance evaluation, and workload distribution
• Establish and maintain brand's visual identity and guidelines
• Provide art direction and feedback from concept to execution
• Lead branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative with business goals
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and copy
• Ensure all creative outputs meet brand and business standards
• Manage timelines, priorities, and creative resources
• Oversee department budgets and control costs

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
• 5+ years in creative roles, with at least 2 years in management
• Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership and campaign success
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent visual design and creative direction skills
• Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign strategy
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Agency or in-house brand experience preferred
