About the Role:

Socialsupe is looking for a talented and dynamic Creative Manager to lead our creative department. In this role, you will oversee the ideation, design, and execution of social media content, digital campaigns, and branded material for our clients ensuring every deliverable is impactful, on-brand, and delivered on time. You'll manage a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators while working closely with account management to turn client briefs into standout creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team (designers, copywriters, video/content editors).
• Develop creative concepts and strategies for client campaigns.
• Oversee design, execution, and approval of social media content and ad creatives.
• Present creative ideas and campaigns to clients.
• Manage project timelines and creative workflows across multiple accounts.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices.
• Analyze content performance and refine creative strategy accordingly.
• Ensure brand consistency across all client accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a creative role at an agency (team leadership experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio in social media, digital advertising, and branding
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
