Senior Creative Manager

About the Role
Brand Spectrum is looking for an experienced, strategically minded and culturally connected Senior Creative Manager to lead and strengthen our creative function across brands, campaigns and digital platforms. You will set the creative vision, guide the team that brings it to life, and make sure every piece of work is consistent, original and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for brands, campaigns and digital platforms from concept to final delivery
• Develop big ideas and creative strategies that align with brand goals and client objectives
• Manage, mentor and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, video editors and other creative professionals
• Review and approve all creative output to maintain high quality and brand consistency
• Work closely with the strategy, client servicing, media and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay on top of cultural trends, social media trends and new creative formats, and bring fresh ideas to the team
• Plan creative workflows, manage timelines and make sure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Give constructive feedback and encourage a strong, collaborative creative culture
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and creative standards

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.

Experience
1-2 years of relevant experience in creative, advertising or branding roles, including experience leading teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing successful campaigns across brands and digital platforms
• Excellent understanding of branding, storytelling and digital content
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong presentation, communication and client-handling skills
• Good knowledge of design tools and creative workflows
• Ability to think strategically while keeping an eye on creative detail
• Strong cultural awareness and a good sense of what connects with local audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
