Creative Manager (Event & Exhibition)

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity. Oversee the entire creative process to ensure projects meet goals within set timelines.
• Create innovative concepts for events and exhibitions that deliver high client satisfaction and unique brand experiences.
• Gather and analyze client information to create compelling narratives and persuasive presentations.
• Collaborate with the Design team to ensure all visual elements stay within the defined conceptual framework.
• Produce high-quality proposals and presentations using Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Scriptwriting (Speech/Video), Storyboarding, and Run-down management. Ensure the final execution aligns perfectly with the initial creative vision.
• Supervise and review the output of Graphic Designers, Visual/VDO creators, and Copywriters for quality and consistency.
• Oversee on-site execution and provide creative direction to ensure project success.
• Manage and mentor the creative team to deliver high-quality designs that meet client demands.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and provide regular progress reports to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communication Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in the Creative Event & Exhibition industry.
• A visionary mindset with the ability to produce outstanding and distinctive creative work.
• Deep understanding of current global design trends and industry innovations.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients.
• Expert in Keynote and PowerPoint; familiarity with design software is a plus.
