About Swen

Swen is an established commercial printing company serving businesses, organizations, and individuals since 1917.

We're looking for a creative, motivated individual to help us grow our online presence, showcase our capabilities, improve our customer experience, and bring new marketing ideas to life.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on creative position with a mix of digital marketing, content creation, website management, and graphic design.

Marketing & Social Media

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Photograph and create videos of finished products, customer projects, and our printing processes.
• Help develop and execute organic marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
• Research creative ways to reach new customers and showcase our products.

Website & E-Commerce

• Add and update products on our Shopify website.
• Create product photography, mockups, graphics, and descriptions.
• Improve website content and help make the online ordering experience easier for customers.
• Assist with promotions, email marketing, and new product launches.
• Identify opportunities to make our website more useful and engaging.

Graphic Design & Creative Support

• Design graphics for advertisements, social media, and promotional materials.
• Assist with basic customer design projects when needed.
• Work alongside our existing graphic designer on creative campaigns and new product ideas.
• Help develop materials that promote Swen's products and services.

Creative Development

• Collaborate with our team to turn ideas into finished campaigns and projects.
• Bring your own ideas to the table.
• Help us find better ways to connect with customers and communicate what Swen can do.

What We're Looking For

• Creativity, initiative, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and creating digital content.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Basic photography and video editing abilities.
• Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new software.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new skills, and seeing their work make an impact.

A Plus, But Not Required:

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, or search engine optimization.
• Previous experience in printing, advertising, or a creative business.
