Job Title: Creative Marketing Intern

Job-Type: Internship (3-6 months)

We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile undergraduate or graduate to join our fun team! Your main focus will be on marketing and creating visually appealing content for our co-living spaces, promoting our brand, and fostering a strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore.

Goals/Deliverables:
Increase brand visibility and recall through memorable designs and content that adhere to our brand guidelines.

What you’ll be doing:
Property Shoots: Assist with set up and staging for professional property, lifestyle and VR shoots, adhering to brand guidelines. Assist with VR scan (Matterport) during property photoshoots. While on-site, capture footage for TikTok content to maximize the efficiency of every shoot.

Post Production: Assist Senior Creative Marketing Executive with editing of property and lifestyle photos and videos.

Social Media: Collaborate with Senior Creative Marketing Executive to brainstorm, plan and execute social media content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and RedNote. Create visually appealing content including videos, graphics and written captions for posts that align with our brand guidelines. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and proactively suggest new creative ideas for platforms like TikTok and IG Reels.

Community Events: Assist with taking photos and videos during our events. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute exciting monthly community events for our tenants.

Other Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with procurement and updating our staging props inventory. Assist the marketing team in staging properties for investors’ tours.

What makes you a great fit:
Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in design or related field

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom

Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics

Resourceful & Attention to detail

Ability to be flexible and deal with ambiguity

Proactive and not afraid to go out of comfort zone

Team player

Preferred:
Strong passion for social media marketing

Has experience in creating video content for IG Reels, TikTok and/or YouTube

Proficiency in written Mandarin is preferred to draft, edit, and localize social media captions and content for Chinese platforms (e.g. RedNote)

Comfortable with being on camera
