Role Description:

As our Creative Marketer, you will turn sales and marketing expertise into clear, useful content. You will help shape our brand’s voice, visual identity, and campaign strategies across digital channels.

Salary: $600–$800/month

• Content Creation: Produce engaging visual and written content (social media posts, short-form video/Reels, graphics, copy, email campaigns).
• Campaign Strategy: Brainstorm and execute creative marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling stories that resonate with our target audience across different platforms.
• Trend Spotting: Keep your finger on the pulse of internet culture, social media trends, and industry developments to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze post and campaign engagement to learn what works and continuously iterate.

What We Are Looking For :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught portfolio).
• Strong visual eye, excelente written communication, and a deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• High curiosity, eagerness to learn fast, and willingness to take ownership of projects.
• At least a basic working knowledge of Canva, Capcut, Adobe or similar tools

As part of our evaluation process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short, practical task designed to simulate real-world projects you’d tackle in this role. This trial brief gives you a chance to demonstrate your creative thinking, strategy, and execution skills in action, while giving us a clear look at your unique style and competence beyond what’s on paper.
