We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to lead our customer growth, strengthen the Omacart brand, drive creative execution, and shape how we communicate with customers, shoppers, retailers, partners and the wider market.

What you’ll lead:

• Customer acquisition, activation, retention and referral strategies

• Integrated digital, offline, partnership and growth campaigns

• Marketing analytics, KPIs and performance dashboards

• Brand strategy, visual identity and creative standards

• Content strategy and storytelling across web, email and social media

• Public relations, company announcements and executive communications

• Go-to-market communications for launches, partnerships and expansion

• Marketing processes, experimentation and continuous improvement

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience in digital marketing, brand strategy and customer engagement

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

• Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM and email marketing tools

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or Mixpanel

• Experience in technology, e-commerce, logistics, retail, fintech, marketplaces or consumer technology is an advantage
