What they need
We're a Full-Service Digital Marketing Agency specializing in lead generation through paid advertising, local SEO, websites, and lead analytics for 100s of recurring clients, including some of the largest businesses in the USA. We are restructuring for our next phase of growth.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will own Digilatics' internal marketing function end-to-end. This role is exclusively focused on marketing and growing the Digilatics as a brand.
You will turn company growth objectives into an actionable marketing strategy and calendar, conceptualize campaigns and initiatives, coordinate execution across our Content, Creative, Paid Media, SEO, Web, Sales, and Automation teams, and ensure ideas actually move from planning to execution.
This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who understands both online and offline marketing and can continuously identify opportunities to strengthen the brand, generate qualified leads, improve market positioning, and support revenue growth.
Non-Negotiables
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency, B2B services, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced environment
- 2–3+ years owning or managing marketing strategy and execution
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong creative thinking and visual judgment, with the ability to conceptualize campaigns, challenge ordinary ideas, and recognize what makes marketing content stand out.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional/offline marketing channels
- Proven ability to conceptualize campaigns and independently take them from idea → planning → execution → measurement
- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, content, paid media, SEO, websites, email marketing, social media, events, and brand positioning
- Experience managing marketing calendars, budgets, campaigns, vendors, and cross-functional resources
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to connect marketing activities with leads, pipeline, revenue, and ROI
- Strong research and analytical capabilities, particularly around competitors, markets, pricing, positioning, and customer behavior
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and copy judgment
- Strong working knowledge of AI and modern marketing technology
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Ownership
- Own the overall marketing strategy and execution plan for Digilatics as a Client
- Build quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with company growth and revenue objectives
- Own and maintain the master marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, content, events, launches, promotions, and initiatives are planned ahead and executed on time
- Convert leadership ideas and business objectives into practical campaigns with clear objectives, owners, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes
- Continuously identify new opportunities to improve brand awareness, market positioning, lead generation, and sales pipeline
Lead Generation & Channel Development
- Evaluate and develop marketing channels capable of generating qualified opportunities for the agency
- Plan initiatives across SEO, paid search, paid social, organic social, email marketing, outbound support, partnerships, referral programs, webinars, podcasts, directories, communities, sponsorships, and events
- Work with Paid Media, SEO, Content, Web, and Automation teams to execute campaigns without needing to personally perform every technical task
- Continuously test new channels, campaigns, audiences, offers, and messaging
- Understand which initiatives are generating traffic, inquiries, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and revenue — and shift effort accordingly
Brand, Content & Market Positioning
- Develop original campaign concepts, themes, messaging angles, and creative directions that the Creative and Content teams can translate into high-impact marketing assets.
- Own how Digilatics presents itself across its website, social presence, marketing collateral, events, presentations, case studies, and other brand touchpoints
- Develop campaign concepts and provide clear briefs to Content and Creative teams for execution
- Ensure company messaging clearly communicates our positioning, capabilities, differentiation, and value proposition
- Identify opportunities for case studies, thought leadership, industry insights, awards, partnerships, PR, podcasts, and executive visibility
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the Digilatics website, landing pages, service pages, portfolio, social presence, and conversion journey
Market, Competitor & Pricing Intelligence
- Regularly analyze competitors, their positioning, services, pricing, offers, messaging, channels, and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market and customer research to identify emerging opportunities, changing client expectations, and service gaps
- Work with leadership on service positioning, package structure, pricing research, competitive differentiation, and new service launches
- Translate research into practical recommendations rather than simply producing reports
Events, Conferences & Offline Marketing
- Research and recommend relevant industry conferences, exhibitions, networking events, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities
- Own marketing preparation before, during, and after company events
- Coordinate booths, collateral, presentations, promotional materials, lead-capture mechanisms, event campaigns, and follow-up strategy
- Evaluate event performance based on opportunities and business generated rather than participation alone
Cross-Functional Execution
- Act as the central owner coordinating Digilatics' internal marketing across Creative, Content, SEO, Paid Media, Web, Automation, and Sales
- Create clear briefs and ensure each department understands the objective, deliverables, deadlines, and expected outcome
- Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to designers, content writers, video editors, and other creative resources while allowing specialists the freedom to execute.
- Follow through aggressively on execution so marketing initiatives do not remain stuck at the ideation stage
- Work closely with Sales to understand lead quality, objections, lost opportunities, and market feedback and use those insights to improve marketing
Marketing Performance & Optimization
- Establish practical KPIs for each marketing initiative and maintain visibility into performance
- Track marketing spend, lead sources, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and other relevant growth metrics
- Regularly identify what is working, underperforming, or wasting resources, and recommend corrective actions
- Present concise monthly/quarterly marketing performance updates and next-step recommendations to leadership
Systems, Technology & AI
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, CRM workflows, lead intelligence, personalization, and marketing technology to increase efficiency
- Ensure marketing leads and campaign data are properly captured, attributed, and followed through the CRM
- Stay current with emerging marketing platforms, channels, tools, and changing buyer behavior
Tools & Technical Understanding

- GA4, Search Console and marketing/reporting dashboards
- Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other major advertising platforms
- Email marketing and automation platforms
- SEMrush or similar competitive/SEO intelligence tools
- ClickUp or similar project management systems
- AI tools for research, ideation, analysis, content support, and productivity
- Working familiarity with CMS/website and landing-page environments

- Strong balance of creativity, execution, and commercial thinking
- Naturally curious about competitors, markets, trends, technology, and new growth opportunities
- Highly organized and capable of managing several initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable coordinating specialists without needing to be the technical expert in every channel

- Data-driven enough to challenge assumptions and stop activities that aren't producing value
- Confident working directly with senior leadership
- Collaborative personality capable of getting multiple departments moving toward one marketing objective
