Creative Motion Designer (Senior)

Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)

We’re looking for a creative thinker and visual storyteller - not just someone who executes briefs but someone who can turn minimal direction into powerful, engaging visuals and bring them to life through motion. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative in shaping ideas, and proactively elevates both visuals, motion and copy into compelling creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate minimal or high-level briefs into strong, original creative concepts, key visuals and motion directions independently.
• Create visually compelling, on-brand designs across key visuals, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials - in both static and motion formats.
• Design original artwork and graphic assets, then bring them to life through purposeful and engaging motion.
• Take ownership of the creative process - from idea development to final execution.
• Refine, adapt or enhance copy to ensure it works seamlessly with the visual concept and motion narrative, not just place text into a layout.
• Proactively propose creative ideas, visual approaches and motion treatments that elevate campaign impact.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends, cultural movements, and creative tools - including AI-assisted workflows and apply them thoughtfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external creatives to bring ideas to life.
• Confidently present creative concepts, articulate your thinking, and iterate based on feedback.
• Provide creative guidance and constructive feedback to other designers, helping elevate the team’s overall craft.

• Design Sense on Point: You know how to make things look just right. You get the brief, and you know how to make it pop.
• Graphic Lover: You’re always scrolling through fresh designs, catching trends before they go viral. You are a true trendsetter.
• Motion Mastery: You bring static visuals to life with motion graphics and animations that grab attention and tell stories.
• Team Player Energy: You thrive in group settings and vibe easily with new teammates—no awkward phase needed.
• Curious & Experimental: You love trying new tools (especially AI!) to bring the wow-factor to your work and boost the whole team.
• Fast & Flexible: Tight deadline? Tough feedback? You bounce back fast, adapt quickly, and keep things moving like a champ.

✅ Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in motion and graphic design, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Strong expertise in motion design, key visual design and social media communication as a primary responsibility.
• Ability to translate textual concepts into compelling visuals.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), AI-Generated Art and automated design tools.
• A deep passion for design and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend your design choices effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of video editing is a plus.
