About the role

This role involves creating and producing multimedia content for a construction-focused organization. You will design marketing materials, produce and edit videos, capture photography, and develop multimedia content across multiple platforms while collaborating with internal teams to translate project requirements into compelling visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing materials such as brochures, company profiles, presentations, banners, and social media graphics
• Produce and edit videos showcasing construction projects, progress updates, company events, and promotional content
• Take photos of construction sites, project milestones, equipment, and team activities
• Create multimedia content for websites, social platforms (FB, LinkedIn, TikTok), and online campaigns
• Work with sales and engineering teams to understand project requirements and convert them into visual content

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or video production
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and layout design
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
• Construction/technical field experience is a plus
• After Effects knowledge is optional but a plus
• Proficient in Canva for quick edits
