Creative Officer (Content Plan)

What You'll Do

• Plan and build out content calendars (weekly/monthly) across platforms like Instagram and TikTok — covering UGC, EGC, and other content formats
• Come up with fresh content ideas and themes that fit beauty/FMCG trends
• Work closely with the creative team (designers, video editors) to bring the plan to life
• Manage collabs with UGC creators/KOLs, plus coordinate EGC content with internal employees
• Keep an eye on competitors and market trends for content inspo
• Track content performance (engagement, reach, conversion) and tweak the strategy based on results
• Make sure everything's published on time and stays consistent with the calendar
• Sync up with marketing/sales to keep content aligned with campaigns and business goals
• Put together regular content performance reports

What We're Looking For

• Min. 2 years of experience as a Content Planner/Specialist, Content Strategist, or similar role
• Must have experience in Beauty and/or FMCG industry
• Comfortable with UGC and EGC content strategies
• Know your way around social media trends and platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram)
• Good with data — can read content performance and turn it into action
• Familiar with tools like Canva and planning tools (Notion, Trello, etc.)
• Creative with a solid sense of storytelling and visual taste
• Can collaborate well across teams (creative, sales, marketing)
• Organized, good communicator, and can juggle multiple projects at once
• Min. D3/S1, preferably Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Willing to work on-site in PIK, North Jakarta
