A growing company in Graham, NC is seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy professional to join their team as a Creative Operations Coordinator . This position combines graphic design, website and online store management, marketing support, customer service, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and prepare customer artwork for production using CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Create product mockups, virtuals, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Review artwork files and ensure they meet production and printing requirements.
• Maintain and update company websites and online stores.
• Upload product images, artwork, and store information.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
• Manage and maintain digital content and customer databases.
• Provide customer and vendor support related to artwork, web stores, and design revisions.
• Troubleshoot basic computer, software, internet, and office technology issues.
• Learn and utilize company software and systems, including ShopWorks.
• Assist with general office and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, or similar graphic design software.
• Experience working with artwork, graphics, or marketing materials.
• Comfortable maintaining websites, online stores, or digital content.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience

• Vector artwork creation and editing.
• Website or e-commerce management.
• Email marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience learning and using business management software.
