Creative Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Creative Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize creative intake and prioritization process
• Build and enhance operational systems and workflows
• Lead project planning and manage pipeline visibility
• Drive capacity planning and resource allocation
• Protect creative focus through structured processes
• Coordinate execution of complex global campaigns
• Develop reporting systems for project visibility
• Manage relationships with vendors and external partners

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative operations or related roles
• Strong knowledge of production workflows across various media
• Expertise in project management tools like Asana or Jira
• Proven ability to create scalable processes and reporting systems
• Excellent communication skills across diverse teams
• Strong judgment in prioritization and resource allocation
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with respect for creativity
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
