JOB SUMMARY

The Creative Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring Kingdom’s creative work moves efficiently through production, post-production, quality control and final delivery. This is a hands-on operational and people-management role requiring a strong understanding of production and post-production. The role will maintain oversight of live and upcoming projects, understand their key requirements and pressures, and ensure the Creative Team is deployed effectively. The Creative Operations Manager will work closely with the Creative Director to assist in the day-to-day management and utilisation of the Creative Team and work closely with the senior creatives to lead Kingdom’s QC process, ensuring every film is properly reviewed before it leaves the business.
