Creative Operator

Prime Prometics is the fastest-growing pro-age cosmetics brand in the world, and we’re looking for a Creative Operatorto join our team. Creative is the engine of our growth - we run high-volume, insight-driven creative testing across paid channels, and we're building the team that keeps that engine running.

The Role

A hands-on creative production role inside one of our creative pods. A Senior Creative Strategist sets the broad strategy and direction that you bring to life: briefing video ads, producing image and GIF ads yourself with AI tools, and writing scripts that go into production. The role is built as a growth track: as your experience and judgement develop, the path leads toward full creative ownership of future product pods.

What you'll do

• Write clear, structured video ad briefs - translating the strategy and angles set by your strategist into direction editors can execute.
• Ideate and produce image ads and GIFs yourself using AI tools (e.g. Magnific, ElevenLabs, image/video generation models).
• Write and distribute ad scripts using our internal AI tooling, in collaboration with the content team.
• Turn competitor insights from internal reports into fresh creative ideas, applying your own creative judgement.
• Pick up hands-on production needs as they arise - image ads, short video edits, and ad adaptations for additional networks.

What we expect

• 2+ years in performance creative, creative production, or a similar hands-on role (DTC or agency).
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools - image generation, voice, upscaling - and the drive to keep testing new ones.
• A solid grasp of direct-response creative for paid social: hooks, angles, formats, and why ads win or lose.
• Strong creative judgement - able to spot what works in competitor ads and build on it, not copy it.
• Clear, structured writing in English: briefs, scripts, and async communication.
• Organized and fast - comfortable producing at volume without losing attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or AI-assisted editors)
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or other DTC verticals
• Familiarity with Asana

What success looks like

• High and consistent output of video briefs editors can execute without back-and-forth.
• A steady stream of image and GIF ads entering testing.
• Scripts delivered on time and to spec, in sync with the content team.
• A growing share of your ideas earning spend.
• A proactive approach to adopting new AI tools that increase your speed and the team’s turnaround times.

**SALARY:**2,400 - 3,400 gross/month (salary range in Lithuania). We are open to discussion based on your experience and skills.
