About the role
A Creative Planner/Event Planner role at an Event Organizer or Agency, responsible for developing creative concepts and executing event strategies aligned with client objectives and brand activation goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts according to client needs and objectives
- Create proposals, presentation decks, and campaign/event ideas
- Collaborate with Account Executive, Production, and Design teams
- Conduct brainstorming and research trends and insights to create innovative concepts
- Support the pitching process through to implementation of concepts in the field
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Creative Planner/Event Planner at an Event Organizer or Agency
- Creative and up-to-date with event trends, brand activation, and exhibition
- Able to create concepts, storylines, mood boards, and compelling presentations
- Strong pitching and communication skills
- Experienced working with deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote, Canva, or other presentation software
