Creative Planning (Influencer Campaign)

As an Influencer Creative Planning Executive at AnyMind Thailand, you will support the team in developing creative ideas and content concepts that drive impactful influencer campaigns. With a strong interest in digital culture, storytelling, and influencer marketing, you’ll help turn campaign objectives into social-first ideas that put creators at the heart of the campaign. From brainstorming concepts to shaping content directions and KOL briefs, this role is ideal for someone who wants to grow at the intersection of creativity, social media, and influencer marketing.

What You'll Do

• Creative Ideation: Support brainstorming to develop social-first campaign ideas, creative concepts, and content angles that put influencers and creators at the heart of the campaign.
• Influencer Content Planning: Translate campaign ideas into clear content directions for KOLs, considering each creator’s style, audience, platform behavior, and role within the campaign.
• Creative Brief Development: Help develop campaign briefs, KOL guidelines, content frameworks, and key messages that enable influencers to create engaging, creator-authentic, and brand-relevant content.
• Trend & Creator Insights: Stay close to social trends, creator culture, emerging content formats, and platform behaviors to identify fresh opportunities and inspire campaign ideas.
• Content Review & Optimization: Review influencer content and provide creative feedback to ensure execution stays true to the campaign idea while remaining authentic to each creator.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with strategic, influencer, account, and other internal teams to turn campaign objectives and insights into strong creative ideas and cohesive execution.
• AI & Creative Tools: Explore new tools, including AI, to support creative ideation, research, and content development.

Who You Are

• 0–1 year of experience in creative, advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or digital agency work.
• Strong creative thinking with an interest in developing campaign ideas and social-first content.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital content creation.
• Able to turn campaign objectives, trends, or insights into clear and engaging creative concepts.
• Interested in how creators, communities, and social behaviors can shape campaign ideas.
• Naturally curious about digital culture, social trends, storytelling, and emerging content formats.
• Able to communicate and present creative ideas clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
• Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken, are a plus.
• Curious and open to experimenting with new technologies, particularly AI and emerging creative tools.
