Creative Producer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing, selection, and database development of high-quality freelancers and studios across various disciplines to support organizational needs.
• Negotiate rates, scopes of work, and contract terms to ensure optimal value for the company while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Manage contract preparation, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and intellectual property rights to ensure the company legally owns all original project files.
• Plan and oversee production timelines, define critical paths, and assess project risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear and comprehensive creative/technical briefs for external partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate effectively between internal teams and external vendors.
• Review and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards (CI) and technical requirements before submission.
• Consolidate and structure internal feedback into clear technical instructions for freelancers.
• Plan, control, and track production budgets, including monitoring actual expenses versus forecasts.
• Manage the digital asset library (Digital Asset Management) to ensure files are well-organized, easy to locate, and reusable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Fine Arts, Media Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary media production pipelines
• Knowledge of video production, including codecs, frame rates, pre–production/production/post-production processes, and color grading
• Basic understanding of 3D production, including rendering, polygons, and textures
• Knowledge of print and digital fundamentals, including color spaces (CMYK/RGB), resolution, and bleed
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello and AppSheet
• Budgeting skills, including the ability to use Google Sheets for cost estimation and comparison
• Basic proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere) for minor edits and file verification
