Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between Sales, Purchasing, Creative, Product Development, Operations, and external vendors/suppliers.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist in developing and implementing project plans, processes, and strategies.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively assist in resolving issues.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving efforts.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Creative Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Program Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Operations Coordinator , or similar role.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with project management software and collaboration tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, branding, product development, or cross-functional business teams is highly preferred.

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation

$58,000 - $64,000 annually

This role will serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Purchasing, Creative, Product Development, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects move seamlessly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between internal departments and external vendors.

Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.

Support product launches and project execution from planning through completion.

Identify risks, bottlenecks, and project delays, and assist in implementing solutions.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings and follow-up on action items.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards and business objectives are achieved.

Experience as a Creative Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Program Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
