About Our Client Our client is a leading international organization operating in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. To support a maternity leave replacement, they are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join their Creative & Design team on a 9-month interim assignment.

The successful candidate will step into a global environment where priorities move quickly, multiple projects run in parallel, and stakeholder management is critical. You will act as the central point of coordination between Creative, Marketing, Content Production and Business teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Job Description Your responsibilities will include:

Creative Project & Campaign Management

• Manage end-to-end delivery of creative and marketing initiatives.
• Build, maintain and optimize project schedules within Asana.
• Coordinate creative asset production to support product launches, go-to-market initiatives and campaign activations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business priorities.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and critical milestones throughout the project lifecycle.

Intake, Scope & Workflow Management

• Manage Brand & Creative intake requests and project prioritization.
• Define and adapt workflows according to deliverable type, including video, photography, digital content, advertising assets and AI-generated content.
• Maintain scope control and proactively mitigate project drift.
• Ensure clear project governance, documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between Creative, Strategy, Marketing, Production and Business teams.
• Lead project status meetings, creative reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders into actionable decisions and clear next steps.
• Align cross-functional teams around priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and multiple time zones.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Streamline project management processes and workflows.
• Drive operational efficiencies through process optimization.
• Support the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflow automation.
• Lead project retrospectives and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant A Successful Creative Project Manager Should Have

• Proven experience managing creative or marketing projects in a structured environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
