Role Description

Creative Project Manager

Fulltime - 100% Remote

• Lead creative projects from kickoff to delivery, guiding the team through pressure and setbacks.
• Research each client's brand, category, and competitors, keeping it a living reference the whole team builds on.
• Build trust through proactive client communication — even in hard conversations.
• Set clear scope and expectations upfront, then manage changes and feedback to keep satisfaction climbing.
• Turn client goals into sharp, actionable creative briefs — not just relayed requests.
• Run monthly client coordination meetings and bring proactive recommendations before they're asked for.
• Plan realistic timelines and manage team capacity, catching bottlenecks before they hit delivery.
• Build AI tools and reusable systems into daily workflow to work faster, not harder.
• Send weekly reports, stay aligned with your leader, and keep documentation audit-ready.
• Compile a monthly review deck per client — what to maintain, what to improve.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years leading creative projects or operations, ideally with exposure beyond just one account.
• Think in systems, staying dynamic when the process needs to shift, and showing up with a solution.
• Communicate confidently in professional business English, spoken and written.
• Use AI tools daily as part of the actual workflow for research, making drafts and reports.
• Stay steady with clients through tough conversations, and learn from patterns instead of repeating fixes.
• A sharp and genuinely curious, agile enough to move with the company's direction.
