Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of creative projects, from requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise creative teams including designers, content creators, and developers to ensure high-quality output aligned with brand standards.
• Utilize project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Workday to plan timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress effectively.
• Conduct root cause analysis for project delays or issues and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage resources efficiently by coordinating with team members and external vendors while controlling costs and optimizing productivity.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using tools like Confluence or SharePoint to capture detailed project specifications.
• Apply Agile methodologies such as SAFe or Waterfall frameworks to adapt workflows based on project needs.
• Prepare engaging presentations using Visio or PowerPoint to communicate project updates and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data through SAS or Salesforce insights and refining project processes accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience overseeing creative or technical teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-disciplinary groups toward shared goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and scope definition.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems like Workday or Primavera P6 for resource planning and scheduling.
• Excellent time management skills coupled with a keen eye for detail to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of cost control strategies to ensure projects stay within budget parameters.
• Leadership qualities that foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability across teams.
• Proficiency in project management software including Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.
• Strong organizational skills complemented by experience using Content Management Systems (CMS), SharePoint, or similar platforms for documentation purposes.
• Data analysis skills utilizing SAS or Salesforce analytics tools for performance tracking and decision-making.
• Effective communication skills demonstrated through presentation delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with product management principles and product development cycles within creative or digital environments.
