About the Role

Malger Entertainments LLP is looking for an AI Project Manager specializing in Creative AI to manage AI-powered creative projects from concept development to final delivery. The role involves coordinating AI artists, video editors, and creative professionals to produce high-quality AI-generated videos and visual content while ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute Creative AI projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Coordinate AI video editors, AI prompt artists, designers, and other creative team members.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear creative briefs and production plans.
• Manage AI-powered video generation, image generation, visual storytelling, and content production workflows.
• Allocate tasks, establish deadlines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Explore and implement suitable AI tools and workflows to improve creative output and production efficiency.
• Review AI-generated content for visual quality, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals between clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work based on business requirements.
• Identify project risks, resolve production bottlenecks, and ensure accountability across the team.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, asset libraries, and delivery records.
• Stay updated on emerging generative AI tools, models, and creative production techniques.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information, project assets, and intellectual property.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Media, Design, Animation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, creative production, AI content creation, or digital media workflows is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI applications for video, image, and visual content creation.
• Understanding of AI prompting, video editing, visual storytelling, and creative production pipelines.
• Excellent project planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage creative teams, coordinate multiple deliverables, and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management and tracking tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or spreadsheets.

Preferred Technical Exposure

Experience with one or more of the following is an advantage:

• AI video generation: Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, or similar platforms.
• AI image generation: Midjourney, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, or similar tools.
• AI creative workflows: Prompt engineering, image-to-video, text-to-video, and reference-based generation.
• Post-production: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

• On-time delivery of AI creative projects.
• Quality and consistency of AI-generated content.
• Effective coordination and productivity of the creative team.
• Efficient handling of client feedback and revisions.
• Improvement in production turnaround time and workflow efficiency.

They should be comfortable managing AI-driven production workflows, coordinating creative professionals, solving production challenges, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
