At Taikun Digital our creative team produces hundreds of assets every month across statics and videos.

• Salary: USD 1,600–1,900 per month based on experience
• Location: Fully remote from LATAM with working hours that overlap US Eastern time zone

The role

You'll be the final quality gate before our work reaches clients. Every static, video, motion and copy deliverable passes through you, and you make sure it's on-brief, on-brand, on-spec and error-free.

If you're the person who spots the typo on a billboard, notices when a logo is 2px off, and knows exactly where Instagram's UI covers the screen, this is your role. You'll also have a clear path to grow from Specialist to Senior to QA Lead.

What you'll do

• Review every creative asset against the brief: key message, CTA, offer, mandatory elements and full deliverables list
• Proofread all copy for spelling, grammar, punctuation and consistency, and check it word for word against the approved copy deck
• Check brand compliance: logos, colors, typography, imagery and tone of voice
• Verify technical specs for each platform: dimensions, file formats, file sizes and naming conventions
• Make sure platform safe zones are respected across Reels, Stories, YouTube.
• QA video and motion work, including duration, audio, captions, text overlays and end cards
• Log issues with clear, actionable feedback, re-check fixes and give final sign-off
• Maintain QA checklists and spec sheets, and share recurring error trends so the team can prevent them

Who you are

• You have 2+ years in creative QA, proofreading, studio artwork or production, in an agency or in-house team
• You have excellent written English (C1 or above) and a sharp eye for detail and you’re comfortable giving feedback in English every day
• You know social and digital specs, including safe zones
• You give clear, constructive feedback and have the confidence to say "not yet"
• You stay organised across high volumes, multiple briefs and tight deadlines
• Experience using tools like Frame.io, ClickUp and Figma
• Bonus: You know accessibility basics. You're comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

How we'll measure you

• In your first 30 days, you've learned our clients, tools and workflow, and you're running QA independently on your accounts.
• By 60 days, you have set up a shared tracker so every issue is logged and visible.
• By 90 days, you're QA-ing all team output, have refreshed our checklists and safe-zone guides, and have shared your first report on recurring errors.
• Ongoing, no critical errors reach our clients, more assets pass QA on the first review each quarter, and turnaround is fast enough that QA is never the bottleneck.
• Most of all, designers, editors and strategists see you as a partner who makes their work better, not a gatekeeper.

This role isn't for you if

• You find checking the same details across 40 resizes tedious rather than satisfying
• You'd rather be designing or writing than reviewing other people's work
• You're uncomfortable flagging mistakes to colleagues or pushing back on a deadline when quality isn't there
• You prefer slow, single-project work over a fast pace with many briefs at once
• "Close enough" feels good enough to you
