Summary

PTR Global is seeking an experienced Creative Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for creative, digital, marketing, and technology-focused positions. This role will recruit professionals across UI/UX, product design, graphic design, digital marketing, content, and front-end development. The ideal candidate brings creative staffing agency experience, strong sourcing capabilities, and a deep understanding of creative talent markets.

Job Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for creative, digital, marketing, and front-end development positions.
• Recruit talent across UI/UX design, product design, visual design, graphic design, content, copywriting, digital marketing, and related disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand job requirements, creative portfolios, technical skills, and team needs.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, portfolio platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Evaluate candidates’ experience, portfolios, technical capabilities, communication skills, and overall alignment with each opportunity.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified creative and digital professionals.
• Present well-matched candidates with clear, concise summaries highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and maintain an engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within applicable recruiting systems.
• Monitor creative talent-market trends and provide guidance regarding candidate availability, compensation, and sourcing challenges.

Requirements

• At least four years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing or creative recruiting agency.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for creative and digital positions, including UI/UX, product design, graphic design, marketing, content, or front-end development.
• Strong understanding of creative portfolios, design disciplines, digital skill sets, and related terminology.
• Proven ability to independently source and engage passive creative and technical talent.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or client stakeholders in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Strong candidate assessment, relationship-management, and written communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing or recruiting platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas three days per week.
