Creative Services Specialist

Rate: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a Creative Services Specialist for our leading national property management company at our office in Deep Ellum,  The Epic . The Creative Services Specialist is responsible for supporting multifamily marketing through creative design, website management, branding, digital content, social media, and marketing collateral. This role combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of marketing, brand consistency, and the unique needs of multifamily communities. 

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can take a concept from idea to execution, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and confidently communicate creative recommendations to stakeholders. This person should bring a strong eye for design, attention to detail, initiative, and a collaborative approach to every project.

Required Qualifications

• Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communication degree preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Canva and Vimeo or similar design platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, and color
• Strong portfolio demonstrating logo design and fully developed brand systems
• Experience developing cohesive visual identities and branding guidelines.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, accurate work
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to receive feedback, collaborate with multiple departments, and confidently present creative recommendations.
• Experience in multifamily marketing, real estate, hospitality, or a related industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Yardi Site Manager and RentCafe website management
• Experience with website design and content management systems
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience
• Experience creating animated logos, transitions, and other simple animations
• Understanding of SEO principles and website best practices.
• Experience creating social media content and short-form video
• Knowledge of print production and preparing files for professional printing.

Responsibilities

• Creating logos and complete brand identities for new properties
• Designing and updating property websites
• Managing website content, imagery, videos, and branding
• Creating brochures, business cards, review cards, rack cards, and other marketing materials
• Developing social media graphics, templates, Reels, and short-form video
• Presenting creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborating with marketing teams, regional managers, and community managers on branding and creative projects
• Ensuring consistency of company and property branding across all channels ​​​​​
