Creative Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts that support brand, marketing, and business objectives
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and campaign materials while ensuring brand consistency
• Support product launches, marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives
• Create engaging visual content across digital, social, retail, and print touchpoints
• Leverage AI and design technologies to enhance content creation, workflow efficiency, and creative innovation
• Oversee the end-to-end production of creative assets and liaise with external partners
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and creative opportunities to continuously elevate brand communication

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Digital Media, Advertising, Art or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or art direction, especially in retail is preferred
• Hands-on experience in graphic design, video shooting & editing, motion graphics and digital content production with AI image and video generation tools
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and familiar with AI tools for image, video, and content generation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent creative, design, and visual storytelling capabilities.
• Good sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, colour, and brand presentation.
• Passionate about branding, content creation, design trends, and AI-driven creative technologies.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to turn ideas into compelling visual content.
• Good command of English and Chinese
