Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Strategist with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in branding, content creation, social media, graphic design, video production, and digital storytelling.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to develop creative concepts, support marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and maintain consistent brand communication across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Support branding, promotional, and marketing communication activities.
• Create content for social media, presentations, videos, and other marketing materials.
• Develop engaging visual and written content aligned with the brand identity.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual communication across platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, audience preferences, and emerging digital trends.
• Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely completion.
• Create visual content using graphic design, video editing, photography, and videography skills.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in content creation, branding, marketing, social media, or a related area.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative projects, internships, freelance work, or professional assignments.
• Basic understanding of branding, social media marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Video editing and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and emerging digital trends.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Strong storytelling and content-ideation skills.
• Experience developing creative concepts for short films or visual storytelling.
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Malayalam-language proficiency is preferred.
