There are very few people who like obsessing over every single word on a deck. Our founder is one of them. He's looking for someone he can obsess over decks together with.

Sterling AG builds gaming and sports creative for brands like Riot Games, Supercell, and Krafton. Every pitch we send out is a reflection of how we think, so the deck matters as much as the idea inside it.

You should have:

a) Demonstrable experience building campaign strategy solo

b) Rich brand experience and decks you want to brag about

c) A sharp eye for structure, you know when a deck needs three slides instead of one

d) Strong copywriting instincts, you can say more with less

g) Genuine interest in gaming, esports, or sports culture, this isn't a job for someone who has to Google Krafton
