Creative Strategist

JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• AI-Driven Creative Direction: Translate product marketing goals, key selling points, and target audience insights into structured creative direction and prompt frameworks for AI generation.
• Consumer Insights & Data Utilization: Understand and utilize consumer insights, audience behavior, and digital data to strengthen creative recommendations, refine messaging hooks, and maximize content effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional & Performance Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product digital strategists, media, and production teams to ensure creative ideas are strategically aligned, feasible, and effectively executed—including co-analyzing campaign performance metrics (hook rates, CTR, engagement) to continuously optimize content direction.
• Real-Time Trend Hijacking: Monitor daily social media trends, viral formats, and cultural moments to quickly turn opportunities into relevant AI video and visual concepts.
• Smartphone Campaign & Content Concepting: Ideate campaign angles, short-form video storyboards (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), and key visual concepts tailored to showcase smartphone features and lifestyle use cases.
• Prompt Strategy & Production Briefing: Write clear, structured briefs and base prompt strategies for the AI Creative Specialist, bridging business objectives with AI tool capabilities.
• Brand & Quality Oversight: Review all AI-generated outputs to guarantee visual appeal, product accuracy, brand alignment, and ethical AI compliance before publishing.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, digital planning, or social content strategy (brand-side or agency).
• Proven track record of developing concepts for short-form video and digital-first campaigns.
• Direct experience or strong hands-on familiarity using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway) for ideation, briefing, or content creation is preferrable
• Background in consumer electronics, smartphones, or fast-paced lifestyle tech is a strong plus.
