Job Title: Creative Strategist & Copy Lead

Brand: Life Changing Astro (LCA)

Location: Jaipur | Full-time, Work from Office

Life Changing Astro is looking for a Creative Strategist & Copy Lead who can write compelling Hindi/Hinglish scripts, plan our weekly creative direction, and manage execution with our in-house creative team.

You will decide which products, customer angles, hooks and formats we should test—and turn those ideas into clear briefs and finished content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create weekly content and ad plans with clear products, angles, formats and deadlines.

• Write scripts for Meta ads, Instagram Reels, UGC videos, product explainers and founder-led content.

• Research competitors, customer questions and buying objections to develop fresh ideas.

• Brief and coordinate UGC creators, video editors, graphic designers and the videographer.

• Review shoots and edits for strong hooks, clear messaging, product accuracy and effective CTAs.

• Work with the performance marketer to understand results and improve upcoming creatives.

• Track creative production and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain responsible messaging without misleading promises or guaranteed outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in creative strategy, copywriting or performance content for a D2C brand or agency.

• Strong Hindi/Hinglish scriptwriting skills and a good understanding of Indian audiences.

• A portfolio of ads or videos you personally conceptualised or scripted.

• Understanding of hooks, storytelling, customer objections and conversion-focused content.

• Ability to lead creative execution, give actionable feedback and manage deadlines.

• Interest in spirituality, astrology, wellness or related categories is a plus.

• The team starts each week with an actionable creative plan.

• Scripts and briefs are ready before shoots.

• Content is delivered on schedule with fewer avoidable revisions.

• Creative decisions improve through performance data and structured testing.

Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
