Creative Strategist

The Creative Strategist will be pivotal in shaping the creative direction and strategy for our projects and campaigns. This position involves a unique blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and client collaboration. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product development, to create compelling, effective, and innovative solutions that align with our business goals and exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance our brand, engage our target audience, and achieve our marketing objectives.
• Conduct research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for creative innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project approach.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate ideas and concepts.
• Create and present detailed proposals and creative briefs to stakeholders.
• Collaborate/guide throughout the creative process )from concept to completion), ensuring projects are on-brand, on-budget, and on-schedule.
• Provide creative guidance and direction to team members, fostering an environment of creativity and growth.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and projects, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Working from creative briefs developed by yourself, in-house colleagues, or external partners, write copy that speaks to identified audiences/
• Partner with copywriters and creative director to write creative copy, including blogs, social media content, scripts, website copy, new business proposals, etc.

Before you get here, you should…

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Director, or similar role in a creative or marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent understanding of the creative process, marketing principles, and brand development.
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in creative software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
