What they need

We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Associate who can translate customer, competitor,

category, and performance data into source-evidenced creative insights and production-ready

briefs. This role reports directly to the Senior Creative Strategist and supports the creative

production engine built on strategy set by the management.

This is a fully-remote role in a fast-moving, growing company that’s building a portfolio of

consumer brands for Filipino people. We need meaningful research insights grounded on real

customer, competitor and market data so we can grow into the #1 largest consumer goods

company in the Philippines that provides innovative wellness solutions to Filipino people

grounded on solving real problems and empowering them to live their lives to the fullest.

Duties & Responsibilities

● Source usable customer, competitor, category, and performance evidence entries per

week from reviews, social platforms, forums, competitor ad libraries, customer

conversations, and approved internal data sources.

● Own the research library and a curated competitor/category swipe file with all evidence

entries properly tagged and validated with sources and references

● Write and prepare research-backed creative briefs per month, ready for scriptwriting

and Senior Creative Strategist review and approval, making each brief execution-ready

by including the source insight, target audience and awareness stage, angle,

one-variable hypothesis, three lead or hook options, objections, visual direction,

required assets, and clear production instructions.

● Equip the Copy Team with the required research before writing begins. Help responding

to production questions and complete requested brief revisions within one business

day unless a dependency is identified and flagged.

● Coordinate the production queue with writers, editors, designers, and creators by

chasing status, unblocking constraints, and ensuring optimal production outputs.

● Keep Monday.com records clean, organized, and current at the start and end of every

shift. Ensure every active item has a current owner, status, due date, next action, and

blocker or dependency note.

● Keep updated with emerging formats and trends across Meta, TikTok, competitors, and

the wider category.

● Help prepare a weekly creative strategy digest covering the strongest insights,

recommended tests, brief status, early outcomes, blockers, and decisions required,

then present relevant points during the weekly creative strategy session.

● Support the Senior Creative Strategist in identifying bottlenecks, gaps, and areas for

improvements in the workflow and creative production.

● Coordinate with the Customer Success, Media Buying, and Marketing Operations teams

to obtain the internal ad-performance, customer, and production data available within

the role’s approved access level.

● Provide ad hoc support and perform other related tasks assigned by the Senior Creative

Strategist.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Guardrails

Main KPIs

● Ad spend: Your share of spend from all ads/concepts you’ve briefed.

● Hit rate: The number of winning ads out of all ads coming from your briefs.

● Production utilization: Maintain approved, execution-ready brief coverage equal to

100% of confirmed weekly writer, designer, editor, and creator capacity; flag projected

shortages at least two business days in advance.

Supporting KPIs/Guardrails

● Validated research volume: At least 20 usable evidence entries per week after

onboarding. An entry counts only when it has a source or internal reference, exact

excerpt or data point, standard tag, and creative implication.

● Brief volume: At least 150 research-backed creative briefs per month, ready for

scriptwriting. One brief counts only when it presents a distinct, buildable concept or

approved variant with a cited insight, one testing variable, lead or hook, visual direction,

and required production instructions.

● Research readiness: Maintain one source-of-truth research library and one

competitor/category swipe file; refresh every active priority-product research pack

weekly and add validated evidence within two business days.

● Learning and process improvement: three to five documented workflow or tool

improvements per month.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology,

or a related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in research, strategy, market research, insights, or a similar

role; performance marketing experience is a strong advantage.

● Strong research skills: able to search broadly and quickly, assess evidence quality, and

know when there is sufficient information to act.

● Proven ability to collect, clean, organise, and translate messy data into usable insights

and production-ready briefs.

● Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel, including formulas, filters, pivots, and

maintaining large, clean datasets.

● Strong written English and the ability to write clear, complete briefs that production

teams can execute without a follow-up call.

● Proficient with AI tools for faster research and synthesis, with disciplined source

verification before use.

● Genuinely curious about people, customer language, recurring objections, and the

patterns hidden in reviews, comments, and conversations.

● Organised, proactive, and able to keep work moving without being chased.

● Coachable: takes direct feedback, acts on it, and improves quickly.

● Reliable in a remote setup: communicates clearly, meets deadlines, and flags risks

early.

Compensation

● Monthly rate: Competitive monthly salary (PHP 40,000 to 50,000 gross, with raises twice a year based on KPIs).

● Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses and incentives for hitting or beating targets.

● Benefits: Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month

pay, Monthly rice allowance, wifi allowance, HMO and paid leave after regularization.

● Contract: Full-time after a 6-month probation, with regularization based on your

performance review. Performance is judged mainly on these metrics.
