Responsibilities

• Own production for multiple concurrent creative and design projects, from intake through final delivery.
• Evaluate project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, milestones, and production requirements.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, workflows, review meetings, status reporting, and closeout processes.
• Coordinate feedback and collaboration across creative, design, engineering, product marketing, production, leadership, and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes and stay informed on emerging design practices and technologies.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Producer in a creative agency, production house, or similar environment, including UI or product design production.
• Experience managing complex creative projects across multiple products and workstreams, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Understanding of branding, visual design, art direction, strategy, and interactive experiences.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, resource management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.
