Creative Team Lead

About the role

This role involves defining and overseeing Creative & Visual Direction of Brand and Campaign across both Online and Offline channels. You will translate Business Objective, Marketing Strategy and Brief into effective Creative Concept and Visual Execution, while developing and presenting Creative Concept, Campaign Idea, Key Visual and Communication Approach aligned with Brand objectives. You will ensure Creative work aligns with Brand Identity, Positioning and Visual Standard consistently, provide clear Creative Direction, Reference and Feedback, allocate and prioritise work according to Priority, Deadline, Workload, Team Capacity and team member capabilities, review work and provide Feedback based on Brand Objective, Creative Rationale and Design Principle, and coach and develop the Creative team to enhance skill level, work quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee Creative & Visual Direction of Brand and Campaign across Online and Offline
• Translate Business Objective, Marketing Strategy and Brief into Creative Concept and Visual Execution
• Develop and present Creative Concept, Campaign Idea, Key Visual and Communication Approach aligned with Brand objectives
• Ensure Creative work aligns with Brand Identity, Positioning and Visual Standard consistently
• Provide clear Creative Direction, Reference and Feedback
• Allocate and prioritise work according to Priority, Deadline, Workload, Team Capacity and team member capabilities
• Review work and provide Feedback based on Brand Objective, Creative Rationale and Design Principle
• Coach and develop the Creative team to enhance skill level, work quality and operational efficiency

About you

• Minimum 5 years experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Advertising or Creative
• Minimum 2 years experience at Senior Creative, Team Lead or Art Direction level with team management experience
• Portfolio demonstrating capability in Branding, Campaign, Creative Direction and Visual Execution at high level
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Understanding of Brand System, Typography, Composition, Color Theory, Spatial Aesthetics and Premium Visual Communication
• Understanding of design across Online and Offline media including Digital, Social Media, Print, Presentation and Marketing Materials
• Strategic Thinking capability to connect Business and Marketing Objective to Creative Solution
• Attention to detail with ability to control quality and consistency of Creative work
• Ability to design and create high-quality work independently, particularly Key Campaign and important projects
• Leadership, Communication and Presentation skills with ability to provide Direction, Feedback and Coach team clearly
• Project Management skills to manage Priority, Workload, Resource and Deadline across multiple projects
• Creative & Critical Thinking with ability to analyse and solve problems proactively
• Ability to work under pressure and changing Priority while maintaining quality and Deadline
• Professionalism, responsibility, maturity and ability to work well with others
• Experience in Interior Design, Architectural, Real Estate, Luxury Lifestyle or Premium Brand will be specially considered
