Creative Technical Support (CTS) Head

Job Summary

The Creative Technical Support (CTS) Head is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely preparation of project estimates, material requirements, manpower requirements, and other technical details necessary for efficient project execution. The position works closely Sales, Project Facilitation, and Production to ensure that projects are properly planned, accurately costed, technically feasible, and ready for fabrication and installation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review project cost estimates, including materials, manpower, mobilization, and other project-related costs.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of project specifications, measurements, and material requirements.
• Determine manpower requirements and estimated work duration for fabrication and installation.
• Review project timelines and ensure timely completion and submission of estimates.
• Identify mobilization, equipment, and logistical requirements for projects, including out-of-town installations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Facilitation, Production, and other concerned teams regarding project requirements.
• Provide clear technical instructions and project details to support proper fabrication and installation.
• Identify potential technical, costing, or execution issues before project implementation and recommend practical solutions.
• Promote efficient use of materials, manpower, and other company resources.
• Help improve estimating, technical planning, and project preparation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• At least 5-3 years of relevant experience in project estimation, costing, construction, fabrication, technical support, Out-of-Home-Media, advertising production, or a related field.
• Experience in project estimation, costing, technical planning, or project coordination is preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
