About The Role We're looking for a Creative Technologist to join Hermes, our playable ads production organization, creating interactive ads for top-tier mobile gaming clients using our internally developed AI technology.

In this role, you'll bring together game design, visual creativity, and technical expertise to push the quality and capabilities of our playable production. You'll support the team in solving complex creative and production challenges, combining traditional creation methods with AI tools to achieve the best possible results.

You'll be a key expert on our internal AI products, helping teams understand their capabilities, improve how they work with them, and identify the right production approach for different games and creative challenges. You'll also advise stakeholders across the company, evaluate new production opportunities, and drive innovation by introducing techniques and workflows that raise the creative and technical standards of Hermes.

Responsibilities:

**Creative & Production Expertise**

• Provide hands-on expertise in game design, mechanics, player experience, visual quality, and playable execution.
• Solve complex creative and production challenges using the most effective combination of traditional and AI-driven methods.
• Evaluate new games and concepts, advising on creative feasibility, production approaches, and compatibility with our internal technology.

AI Tools & Production Enablement

• Guide production teams in maximizing our internal AI tools through effective prompting, workflows, and practical solutions.
• Identify production limitations and opportunities, working with Product and R&D to improve our technology.

Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Explore and introduce new creative technologies and methods, turning successful solutions into reusable workflows and standards.
• Advise stakeholders across the company on creative and technical challenges, production capabilities, and potential solutions.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in game development, playable ads, interactive creative production, or related fields, combining strong creative and technical capabilities. Must-have.
• Strong understanding of game design, including mechanics, structure, player experience, game feel, and visual execution. Must-have.
• Solid knowledge of 2D and 3D creative production, including modeling, animation, composition, and visual design, backed by advanced hands-on skills. Must-have.
• Proven hands-on experience with generative AI tools for creative production, including image, video, and 3D generation, prompting, and building custom workflows using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools. Must-have.
• Strong creative judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex creative and technical challenges into practical solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, collaborate across creative and technical disciplines, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Curious, experimental, and self-driven, with a strong commitment to creative quality and continuous improvement.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical work, including both traditional and AI-driven production.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Bonus Points

• Experience in mobile gaming, playable ads, or performance creative.
• Understanding of performance marketing, including what drives engagement, conversion, and creative performance.
• Experience with Python scripting, ComfyUI, or building custom AI-powered creative workflows.
